The Friends is committed to data security and has taken reasonable precautions to protect such information from loss, misuse or alteration. We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including secure payment processing systems, restricted data access, and encryption where appropriate. If you choose to share personal information with us, that information is available only to Friends of the Greeley Museums leadership and Greeley History Museums employees who provide a service related to your correspondence.
E-mail addresses obtained through the web site or other format will not be sold or given to private companies for marketing purposes. The Friends does not sell, exchange or release website visitors’ names, e-mail addresses or other individually identifying information to parties outside of the Friends or the Greeley History Museums.
Because the Greeley History Museums are operated by the City of Greeley, certain records shared with or maintained by the City may be subject to the Colorado Open Records Act (CORA). Friends of the Greeley Museums will make reasonable efforts to protect personal information; however, information in the possession of the City may be disclosed in accordance with applicable law.
The Friends of the Greeley Museums website may include links to websites operated by third parties over which we have no control. Once you leave the Friends’ website, our Privacy Policy will not apply, and you access such sites at your own risk.
